NOTICES.
- To prevent loss of riding information and possibly making the assist system inoperable, please make sure that
the assist system is switched Off before it is removed from the bike.
- The Remote cannot be removed.
WARNING. Never unplug any connection with the system turned On - this includes the DS3
Display. Pulling a live part can render it inoperable.
• Unintended removal of controller out of its dock
If the controller is moved off its clamp while the system is active ('On'), the system will no longer
assist, even when the controller is replaced into its clamp. Please select the correct level of
assistance again to reactivate the system.

3.7 Rear rack battery packs

• Battery pack size
Depending on the model, your bike will be equipped with a 320 Wh to 490 Wh battery pack.
Removal, charging and putting back are the same for all battery packs.
• Bontrager Interchange System compatibility
The rear rack battery packs are compatible with the Bontrager Interchange System. This means you
can mount a(n optional) Bontrager Interchange basket or pannier on the rear rack of the bike by
removing the plug from the battery pack.
