Differential demontieren und Ritzelkassette wechseln
Das Differential ist wartungsfrei und muss nur ausgebaut werden
wenn die Ritzelkassette ausgewechselt werden soll
Schrauben Sie die beiden M Sicherungsmuttern am Stabi
lisatorblech ab
Schrauben Sie die M Sicherungsmutter
schlüssel mm am Dämpfer ab
Lösen Sie die M Innensechskantschraube
Innensechskantschlüssel an der Achsklemmung
Schieben Sie den Gummibalg vom Differentialgehäuse nach
links
Ziehen Sie die linke Achseinheit ca cm aus dem
Rahmenrohr und aus dem Differential heraus Darin befindet
sich ein mm Innensechskant
Halten Sie das rechte Laufrad fest stecken Sie einen mm
Innensechskantschlüssel in den Sechskant im Differential
Bild nächste Seite und schrauben Sie das Differential mit der
Ritzelkassette von der rechten Antriebswelle im Uhrzeigersinn
ab Achtung: Linksgewinde!
Hinweis:
Bei anschließenden Montage müssen Sie das Differential mit
einem Drehmoment von Nm festziehen Verwenden Sie
Schraubenfett
Ziehen Sie das Differential mit der Ritzelkassette heraus Jetzt
können Sie die Ritzelkassette demontieren

Removing the differential and replacing the cassette
The differential requires no maintenance and must only be re
moved when replacing the cassette

KETTWIESEL / LEPUS
Unscrew the two M locknuts on the sway bar mounting
plate
Unscrew the M locknut on the rear shock mount using a
mm wrench spanner
Loosen the Allen bolt on the axle clamp using a mm Allen
key
Slide the rubber bellows to the left away from the differ
ential case
Pull the left axle assembly approx cm " out of the
frame tube and the differential There is a mm hexagon
socket in the side of the differential
Bracing the right wheel insert a mm Allen key in the hexa
gon socket of the differential in diagram on next page and
unscrew the differential with the cassette from the right drive
shaft by turning the differential clockwise attention: left hand
thread
Note:
Upon reassembly the differential must be tightened with a
torque of Nm ft lbs Use assembly grease on the
threads
Remove the differential with the cassette Then you can detach
the cassette
