Halten Sie die Ritzelkassette mit einer Kettenpeitsche fest und
schrauben Sie die Ritzelschraube mit einem Vielzahnschlüssel
ab
Ziehen Sie die Ritzelkassette vom Freilauf ab
Montieren Sie eine neue Ritzelkassette Gehen Sie in
umgekehrten Reihenfolge vor
Hinweis:
Achten Sie bei der Montage darauf dass die Passscheibe
gerade aufliegt und sich nicht unter dem geteilten Lagersitz
verklemmt
Hinweis:
Schmieren Sie die Gleitflächen im Differential mit festem
Schmierstoff bevor Sie die linke Achseinheit in die rechteckige
Öffnung schieben
Schieben Sie den Gummibalg über die Nutensteine
Richten Sie das Differential und die Nutensteine aufeinander
aus und schieben Sie die linke Antriebseinheit bündig in das
Achsrohr
Schrauben Sie die M Innensechskantschraube
und die M Sicherheitsmutter der Dämpferbefestigung mit
Nm fest
Achtung!
Die M Schrauben der Achsklemmung müssen unbedingt
mit Nm angezogen werden
Ziehen Sie die beiden M Sicherheitsmuttern am Stabilisa
torblech fest

Anhang für Fachhändler
Brace the cassette with a chain whip and unscrew the sprock
et bolt using a freewheel remover
Pull the cassette off the freewheel
Attach a new cassette by following these steps in the reverse
order
Note:
When installing the new cassette make sure that the shim
is lying flat and not wedged at an angle beneath the two
part bearing seat
Note:
Lubricate the contact surfaces in the differential with a
solid lubricant before you insert the left axle assembly into
the hexagon socket
Slide the rubber bellows

assembly Align the rectangular socket in the side of the differ
ential with the slot nuts on the end of the left axle assembly
Then slide the left axle assembly as far as it will go into the
axle tube while guiding the slot nuts into the rectangular slot
of the differential
7 Tighten the M Allen bolt
lbs Replace and tighten the M locknut
mount with a torque of Nm ft lbs
Attention!
It is essential that the M bolts
tightened with a torque of Nm
Replace and tighten the two M locknuts on the sway bar
mounting plate

with a torque of Nm ft
on the rear shock
of the axle clamp be
