Trike mit Federung
Laufräder demontieren
Lösen Sie die drei M Torx Schrauben leicht bis Sie den
Kettenschutz abziehen können
Lösen Sie beide M Schrauben der Bremszange und bauen
Sie die Bremszange ab
Halten Sie die Excenterschraube mit einer mm Steck
nuss fest und drehen Sie die M Schraube
Innensechskantschlüssel mm gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
heraus
Nehmen Sie die Kette von dem vorderen Ritzel
Nehmen Sie das Laufrad ab
Wiederholen Sie die Schritte bis auf der anderen Seite
Laufräder montieren
Setzen Sie das Laufrad an die Schwinge und legen Sie die Kette
über beide Ritzel
Führen Sie die Excenterschraube durch die Schwinge und
die Nabe
Schrauben Sie das Laufrad mit der M Schraube
Innensechskantschlüssel mm handfest an
Spannen Sie die Kette indem Sie die Excenterschraube entge
gen der Fahrtrichtung drehen
Halten Sie die Excenterschraube mit einem Steckschlüssel
mm fest und ziehen Sie die M Schraube einem Drehmoment
von Nm im Uhrzeigersinn fest
Setzen Sie den Kettenschutz von oben und unten hinter das
Abdeckprofil und ziehen Sie die drei M Torx Schrauben
mit Nm fest
Richten Sie die Bremszange aus und ziehen Sie die M
Innensechskantschrauben mit Nm fest Verwenden Sie
mittelfesten Schraubenkleber
Wiederholen Sie die Schritte bis auf der anderen Seite
Achtung!
Die M Schrauben für die Nabenbefestigung müssen
unbedingt mit Nm angezogen werden Bei geringerem
Anzugsdrehmoment kann sich die Verschraubung lösen und
der Antrieb ausfallen Verwenden Sie mittelfesten Schrau
benkleber

Removing the wheels

Loosen the three M Torx bolts just enough to remove
the chain guard
Unscrew the two M bolts
move the caliper
Then while bracing the eccentric bolt
wrench remove the M bolt
wise with a mm Allen key
Remove the chain from the front spocket
Remove the wheel
Repeat steps through on the other side
Installing the wheels

Hold the wheel against the swing arm and pull the chain
around both sprockets
Then insert the eccentric bolt
the hub
Attach the wheel using the M bolt

tightening lightly
Tension the chain by turning the eccentric bolt towards the
rear of the trike
Then while bracing the eccentric bolt with a mm socket
wrench tighten the M bolt by turning it clockwise with a
torque Nm ft lbs
Join the upper and lower halves of the chain guard behind the
key shaped cover plate and tighten the three M Torx bolts
with a torque of Nm
Hold the brake caliper in the correct position and attach
it using the two M Allen bolts
threadlocker Tighten the bolts with a torque of Nm
ft lbs
Repeat steps through on the other side
Caution!
It is absolutely essential that the M bolts for securing the
hub be tightened with a torque of Nm ft lbs If
the bolts are tightened with insufficient torque they could
come loose and the drivetrain system could fail Use medi
um strength threadlocker
