Explanation of the symbols on the
product
Symbols are used in this manual to draw your attention to
potential hazards. The safety symbols and the accompa-
nying explanations must be fully understood. The warn-
ings themselves will not rectify a hazard and cannot re-
place proper accident prevention measures.
ATTENTION
Before initial commissioning, read the operating
manual thoroughly and be sure to follow the safety
instructions!
It is recommended to attend a professional safety
course "Electric chainsaw training course certifi-
cate of attendance" with a country-specific training
standard on the use and maintenance of the chain-
saw as well as a first aid course. If you do not use
the electric chainsaw for an extended period of time
and for practice, you should always make simple
cuts in safely supported wood again before starting
to familiarise yourself with the chainsaw.
Keep the operating manual in a safe place!
Note:
• National regulations may restrict the use of the prod-

and warning information affixed to the prod-
uct and failure to observe the safety and op-
erating manual can result in serious injury or
even death.
Before commissioning, read and observe

tions!
