Base cabinet
Safety instructions
• Only use the base cabinet with
designated BRITA countertop water
dispenser
• Installation and relocation of the
base cabinet with the dispenser has
to be carried out a qualified person.
• To avoid unauthorized access, keep
the base cabinet locked at all time
and open only if necessary.
• See also further safety information
in user manual.
Base cabinet for Top Compact
series
• The base cabinet must be placed
on a level surface that can bear
the weight and is resistant to liquids
and heat.
• To ensure stable installation the
base cabinet must be fixed to the
wall using wall mount piece (2).
• If a fixing to the wall is not possible,
the dedicated base plate has to be
used.

Open base cabinet door:
• Remove drip tray.
• Keyhole is to be found beneath drip
tray. Unlock the base cabinet door
with the key (5). Pull upper part of
base cabinet door forward to open,
pull upwards to remove completely.
• To avoid unauthorized access, keep
the base cabinet locked at all time
and open only if necessary.

Maintenance
• Clean the base cabinet and dispens-
er outer surface daily with cleaning
agent suitable for stainless steel and
linth-free cloth.
• Check the condition of base cabinet
inner space and remove any dirt
when necessary
• If the waste water container is
connected, check the water level
and empty it daily or whenever it is
neccessary.
