Description
Grid frequency
The grid frequency at the inverter is less than the minimum permissible value. Due
too low
to legal requirements, the inverter switches automatically off while the error state is
present.
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Grid frequency
The grid frequency at the inverter is greater than the maximum permissible value. Due
too high
to legal requirements, the inverter switches automatically off while the error state is
present.
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Grid voltage
The grid voltage at the inverter is less than the minimum permissible value. Due to
too low
legal requirements, the inverter switches automatically off while the error state is
present.
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Grid voltage
The grid voltage at the inverter is greater than the maximum permissible value. Due
too high
to legal requirements, the inverter switches automatically off while the error state is
present.
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Grid voltage
After switching off, the inverter cannot resume feeding because the grid voltage ex-
too high for
ceeds the legally prescribed switch-on value.
reactivation
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Grid voltage Ø
The output voltage averaged over the legally prescribed period of time exceeds the
too low
permissible tolerance range. The inverter switches automatically off while the error
state is present.
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Grid voltage Ø
The output voltage averaged over the legally prescribed period of time exceeds the
too high
permissible tolerance range. The inverter switches automatically off while the error
state is present.
Contact your installer if this error occurs frequently.
Grid current
The DC current portion fed into the grid by the inverter exceeds the maximum permis-
DC Offset too
sible value. Due to legal requirements, the inverter switches automatically off while
high
the error state is present.
Contact your installer.
Resid. curr.
The residual current flowing from the plus or minus inputs to earth via the photovol-
too high
taic modules exceeds the maximum permissible value. Due to legal requirements, the
inverter switches automatically off while the error state is present.
Contact your installer.
L and N swapped The live and neutral conductors are wrongly connected. For safety reasons, the in-
verter must not feed into the grid.
Contact your installer.
FE not con-
The protective earth is not connected. For safety reasons, the inverter must not feed
nected
into the grid.
Contact your installer.
Insulation er-
The insulation resistance between the plus or minus inputs and earth is less than the
ror
permissible value. For safety reasons, the inverter must not feed into the grid.
Contact your installer.
Fan faulty
The internal fan of the inverter is faulty. In certain situations the inverter will feed less
power into the grid.
Contact your installer.
Device has
Despite derating, the maximum permissible temperature has been exceeded. The
overheated
inverter feeds no power into the grid until the maximum permissible temperature is
no longer exceeded.
1. Check that the installation conditions are satisfied.
2. Contact your installer if this message occurs frequently.
PV voltage too
The input voltage at the inverter is greater than the maximum permissible value.
high
Switch off the DC circuit breaker at the inverter and contact your installer.
PV current too
The input current at the inverter exceeds the permissible value. The inverter limits the
high
current to the permissible value.
Contact your installer if this message occurs frequently.
