6.1 Engine
Before each use, check the engine oil level and add engine oil if necessary:
1. Place the tractor on a level surface and remove the ignition key. Make
sure the oil fill area is clean.
2. Remove the dipstick (Fig.10). Wipe off the remaining oil on it.
3. Insert dipstick back and tighten.
4. Remove the dipstick again and check the oil level.
5. Make sure the oil level is above the FULL mark on the dipstick.
6. If the oil level is FULL, install and tighten the dipstick.
7. If the oil level is LOW, add RURIS 4T MAX oil.
8. Wait a minute and check the oil level again.
6.2 Fuel supply.
Use quality fuel from authorized peco stations. Fill with the best quality
UNLEADED PETROL fuel, using a metal funnel, in open areas and away from
sources of fire or sparks that could cause a fire.
1. Raise the hull to add fuel. (Fig. 11)
2. Remove any debris from the fuel cap area.
3. Remove the cap. (Fig.12)
4. Fill the tank with fuel.

6.3 Starting the engine

ATTENTION: The tractor is delivered without oil in the engine. Before starting the tractor engine, add
oil to the engine (for quantity, see technical data).
Start and use the engine only outdoors. Do not start or operate the engine indoors, even if the doors or
windows are open.
1. Check the oil level.
2. Insert the key into the ignition.
3. If the blades are engaged, disengage them. Make sure the shift lever is in the neutral position.
4. Fully depress the brake pedal.
5. Move the throttle lever to the "CHOKE" position.
6. Turn the key to the START position and hold until the engine starts. After starting the engine, release the
key.
Note: In an emergency, turn the ignition to the OFF position. This will STOP the engine.
