5.1 Assemble the dashboard cover
1. Insert the extension rod (a) into the fixing sleeve (b), in the order shown in Fig.2A. Fasten firmly with four
screws.
2. Fit the dashboard cover into position. (Fig. 2B)
5.2 Assemble the steering wheel.
1. Align and slide the steering wheel onto the shaft into
position and secure with the screw provided. (Fig. 3)
2. Place the cover in the center of the steering wheel and
push it down until it clicks into place.
5.3 Assemble the anti-scalp wheel.
The bottom of the anti-scalp wheels should be positioned
approximately 3-12mm off the ground when the mower is
at the desired cutting height. This will minimize the chance
of scalping the lawn in most situations.
Note: The left and right wheels must be set in the same
positions.
Note: Anti-scalp wheel is already assembled. The height
of the wheel can be changed by fixing it in one of the three
holes as shown in the adjacent picture. Secure the anti-scalp
wheel with the screw and nut provided. (Fig. 4)
5.4 Assemble the seat.
1. Align the four threaded holes on the bottom of the seat
with the four slots on the seat support.
2. Fix the seat with four screws. (Fig. 5)
To move the seat:
1. Loosen the four screws on the seat.
2. Slide the seat forward or backward to the desired position
where you can fully depress the brake pedal before
operating the tractor.
3. Tighten the four screws again to lock the seat in place.
WARNING: Make sure the seat is secured before operating
the tractor. A seat that is not secure can cause the operator
to lose control of the tractor and injury can result.
