7. Slide the platform under the tractor.
7. Reverse the above process to attach the bridge.

7.5 Belt tension adjustment

If you notice a deterioration in cutting performance, you
may need to adjust the belt tension.
WARNING: Stop the engine, engage the parking brake
and remove the key.
1. The cable of the platform is adjusted from the factory.
(Fig. 24)
2. To increase cable tension, loosen. lock nut (b), thread
screw (a) approx. 3 mm.
3. Tighten the lock nut again. Figure 24
4. If the belt has not been tensioned, repeat the above process until the deck belt
has proper tension.
5. Make sure the voltage is correct.
7.6 Changing the deck belt
WARNING: Stop the engine, engage the parking brake and remove the key.
WARNING: Tractor belts are subject to wear and must be replaced if there are signs
of wear.
1. Remove the deck. See " Removing the Cutting Deck " section .
2. Remove the V-tensioner to loosen the deck belt.
4. Carefully remove the belt from around the pulleys.
5. Reverse the process to attach a new belt (Fig.25).
7.7 Changing the transmission belt
WARNING: Stop the engine, engage the parking brake and remove the key.
WARNING: If necessary, raise the tractor by placing it on a bench or using a
jack and jack stands. Make sure the tractor is properly secured and the
parking brake is engaged before proceeding. Failure to properly secure the
tractor may cause it to fall, leading to possible serious accidents.
1. Remove the deck. See " Removing the Cutting Deck " section .
2. Remove the drive assembly by removing the screw securing it to the
motor output shaft.
3. Remove the tensioner (b) and roller (c) by removing the nuts securing
them.
4. Remove the two rollers (d) used to guide and tighten the belt.
5. Slide the belt off the drive pulley(s).
6. Reverse the process to reattach a new drive belt to the tractor (Fig.26).
7.8 Replacing the cutting blades (Fig. 27)
CAUTION: Use only RURIS replacement blades.
WARNING: Tractor blades are sharp. Wrap the blade or wear protective gloves when servicing.
1. Stop the engine, remove the key and engage the parking brake
2. Raise the height of the cutting deck to its highest position to allow access to the blades.
CAUTION: If necessary, raise the tractor by placing it on a bench or using a jack and jack stands.
