The cooling unit is active only in TIG modes.
After it is first switched on, the cooling unit shuts off after 30
seconds if the torch trigger is not pressed.
After welding, the unit remains on for 3 minutes before shut-
ting itself off. To reactivate it simply press the torch trigger or
start welding again.
