Separator removal and cleaning

Twist separator locks to sides to unlock
separator from tank.

Fully remove separator from baffle.

Once clean thoroughly check the rubber
seal for any damage or cracks.
If any damage or cracks are found on the
rubber seal replace the separator. Failure
to replace could cause loss in suction and
machine performance.
Regular Maintenance

Lift the separator away from the tank.

Once the separator has been removed, wash
thoroughly under a tap making sure to run water
through the tubes and to clean the grid filter.

Refit the separator and baffle to the
water tank.

Gently squeeze sided of float valve cage
(1) and slide down baffle (2).

After cleaning separator, check float valve
moves freely and is clean of any debris.

Twist separator locks to lock separator in
place.
