If you establish damage, do not put the charging station into operation but take it to a
specialist workshop.
• If the product is not operated for a longer period, pull the mains plug out of the mains
socket!
• Never put pointed objects (e.g. ballpoint pens, pins or needles, paper clips etc.)
into the air slits or openings of the device. There is risk of a fatal electric shock
or destruction of the device!
• Do not place objects such as vessels/vases with liquid on or alongside the keyboard
or the possibly connected accumulator/accumulator pack.. Both the charging station
and any connected accumulator/accumulator pack can be destroyed. Apart from this,
is the risk of a fatal electric shock!

12. Replacing the fuse

A 10A car-blade-type fuse is accessible on the rear of the charging station. This secures the
maximum charging current against overloading and protects the electronics in the charging station.
If the accumulator is not charged or the charging station displays an error, proceed as follows:
• Remove the accumulator/accumulator pack.
• Switch OFF the PC and disconnect it from the mains supply; pull out the mains plug!
• Check the car-blade-type fuse on the rear of the charging station. The fuse can be removed with
small flat pliers or a suitable fuse drawer and can be checked with a suitable measuring device.
If the fuse is interrupted, replace it with a fuse of the same type and the same value (10A).
• Put the charging station back into operation again.
If the fuse is triggered during the next charging process, it is possible that the
accumulator/accumulator pack is defective. If the fuse is triggered by other accumula-
tors/accumulator packs, do not operate the charging station any longer; take it to a
specialist workshop.
