Kleben Sie die obere Querruder-Beplankung mit Weißleim auf die
Fläche auf. Beschweren Sie die Beplankung bis zum Durchtrocknen
des Klebers und achten Sie auf eine exakt gerade Endkante des
Querruders.
Glue the upper aileron sheeting onto the surface with white glue.
Weigh down the sheeting while the glue dries and make sure that
the trailing edge of the aileron is exactly straight.
Collez le revêtement supérieur de l'aileron sur la surface avec de la

Halten Sie den Randbogen an dem Flügel (die abgeflachte Stelle
des Randbogens weist nach hinten, zur Endleiste) und markieren
Sie sich, wo die Vertiefung für den CKF-Holm auf der Unterseite
eingefeilt werden muss.
Die Holzknoten stehen leicht über die Rippe R23 und sollen in
den Randbogen eingreifen. Beachten Sie deswegen, dass der
Randbogen nicht nur näher an die Fläche kommt, sondern dass
sich aufgrund der schräg gestellten letzten Rippe auch die Position
verändert.
Feilen Sie die untere Vertiefung mit einer Flachfeile in den Randbo-
gen. Wenn die Vertiefung erstellt wurde, drücken Sie den Randbo-
gen feste an die letzte Rippe.
Hierbei werden die Überstände der zwei Knoten in den Randbogen
eingedrückt. Anschließend kann die eingedrückte Stelle am Rand-
bogen nachgeschnitten werden.
Wenn alles gut zueinander passt, können Sie den Randbogen mit
der Fläche verkleben.
Für die Verklebung vom Randbogen mit Rippe R23 und dem Holm
verwenden Sie Sekundenkleber.
Bis zum Aushärten des Klebers beschweren Sie den Randbogen
und die Fläche mit Gewichten, damit dieser zusammen mit der
Fläche plan auf dem Baubrett aufliegt.

Hold the wing tip on the wing (the flattened part of the wing tip
points to the rear, towards the end rail) and mark where the recess
for the CKF spar must be filed on the underside.
The wooden knots protrude slightly over the rib R23 and should
engage in the wing tip. Therefore, please note that the wing tip not
only comes closer to the surface, but that the position also changes
due to the inclined last rib.
File the lower recess into the wing tip using a flat file. Once the
recess has been created, press the wing tip firmly against the last
rib. This presses the protrusions of the two knots into the wing tip
bow. The pressed-in area on the wing tip can then be trimmed.
If everything fits together well, you can glue the wing tip to the sur-
face. Use superglue to glue the wing tip with rib R23 and the spar.
Until the glue has hardened, weigh down the wing tip and the sur-
face with weights so that it lies flat on the building board together
with the surface.

rapproche pas seulement de la surface, mais que sa position chan-
ge également en raison de la dernière nervure inclinée.
Limez le creux inférieur dans l'arc de bord avec une lime plate. Une
fois le creux réalisé, appuyez fermement l'arc de bordure contre la
dernière nervure.
Les saillies des deux nœuds sont alors enfoncées dans l'arc de
bord. Vous pouvez ensuite recouper la partie enfoncée de l'arc de
bordure.
Lorsque tout est bien ajusté, vous pouvez coller l'arc de bord à la
surface.
Pour le collage de l'arc de bord avec la nervure R23 et le longeron,
utilisez de la colle instantanée.
Jusqu'au durcissement de la colle, lestez l'arc de bord et la sur-
face avec des poids afin qu'ils reposent à plat sur la planche de
construction avec la surface.
