5. Maintenance, transportation and storage

5.1 Cleaning and disinfection

Clean and disinfect the device after each use. If you do not clean the
device, atomization will be impaired by drying out and coagulation of
medication.
1. Remove the medication container, accessories and batteries from
the main device.
2. Open the container lid and dispose of the remaining medication.
3. Pour a 75% ethanol solution into the medication container, close
the container lid and leave to act for at least 10 minutes. For better
disinfection, you can shake gently.
4. Immerse the accessories to be disinfected in a container with
ethanol solution and close the container. Use a 75% ethanol
solution, which should be left to act for 10 minutes or longer.
5. Dispose of the disinfectant in the medication container and remove
the accessories from the disinfectant. Clean the medication
container and accessories several times with fresh water.
