Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 pepper
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
4 slices of toast
1 tin of peeled tomatoes (500 g)
100 ml oil
400 ml chicken stock
100 ml wine vinegar
Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper (to taste)

Keep back a small piece of each
vegetable to use later on to gar-
nish the soup.
Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes

150 g crème fraîche
175 g cream cheese
Sweet chilli sauce, tomato purée (to taste)
Preparation
1. Peel the onion, cut into quarters and
place in the mixing bowl.
2. Wash the pepper, cut into chunks and
place them in the mixing bowl.

Gazpacho
Preparation
1. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half
lengthways and remove the core, cut
into chunks and place in the mixing
bowl.
2. Wash the pepper, remove the core,
cut into chunks and place them in the
mixing bowl.
3. Peel the onion and garlic cloves, cut
the onion into quarters and place in
the mixing bowl.
4. Cut the toast into fairly large pieces
and place them in the mixing bowl.
5. Select the
gramme.
6. Chop up the ingredients for approx.
40 seconds on speed level 6.
7. Pour the oil and tomatoes (with the
juice!) into the mixing bowl and chop
them up for another 40 seconds.
8. Then mix for 15 minutes on level 8.
9. Pour the chicken stock, vinegar and
herbs into the mixing bowl and mix
them in for 1 minute on level 6.
Pepper and Onion Dip
3. Select the
gramme and chop up the ingredients
for approx. 40 seconds on speed level
6.
4. Place the rest of the ingredients into
the mixing bowl and mix everything
together for approx. 20 seconds on
level 4.
