Then rinse thoroughly with clear
water.
1. Make sure that the device has been
disconnected from the mains power.
2. If you have not already done so, re-
move the mixing bowl from the main
device (14), take out the insert and
completely empty the mixing bowl.
3. Rinse the mixing bowl with deter-
gent under running water. Allow any
burned-on food to soak in warm water
with a little detergent beforehand.
4. The rest of the accessories can be
cleaned in the dishwasher. Clean the
sealing rings separately (not in the
dishwasher if possible).
5. If necessary, wipe down the main
device and the connecting cable with
a damp cloth and then dry it with a
soft cloth.
6. All parts must be completely dry
before they are reassembled. Remove
the drive shaft from the mixing bowl
for drying if necessary.
7. Store the device and the accessories
in a dry, clean place which is out of the
reach of children and animals.

The plastic parts may become
discoloured over time. However,
this does not have any negative
effect on either health or the way
that the parts work.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not work. Nothing
is shown on the display.
The connecting cable is not plugged in
the device or the plug socket correctly.

Correct the fit of the plugs.
The plug socket is defective.

Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
►
Check the fuse of the electrical dis-
tributor (fuse box).
Error message E1
The motor is overloaded.
►
Switch off the device, pull the mains
plug out of the plug socket and allow
the device to cool down for approx. 1
hour. Then try again.
Error message E3
The mixing bowl (15) is not inserted
correctly.
►
Correct the fit.
Error message E5
During steaming, the liquid in the mixing
bowl (15) has completely evaporated.

Switch off the device, allow it to cool
down and add more liquid.
The device switches off and cannot
be switched on.
The mixing bowl (15) has overheated.
►
Remove the mixing bowl and allow it
to cool down. Then press the silicone
button on the bottom of the mixing
bowl to release the lock (Picture J).
