Selecting a programme
Press one of the programme but-
tons (29 - 32):

The presettings are merely suggestions.
Food which is to be cooked must be fully
cooked through before it is consumed.
The values can be adjusted if necessary.
To do this, proceed in the same way as
with manual setting.

Using the Cutting Attachment
1. Set up the main device (14) (see the
"Setting Up the Device" chapter).
2. Mount the mixing bowl (15), the
shaft extension (11), the cutting
attachment (10) and the lid with feed
chute (7) (see the "Inserting / Remov-
ing Accessories" chapter).
3. Place the food in the feed chute of
the lid and fix with the plunger (6).
4. Switch on the device. The cutting
attachment rotates and the food is
chopped up.
5. Press down the food gently with the
plunger until it is fully chopped up.
Steaming
Gentle cooking of food using hot steam
that rises from the mixing bowl (15) into
the steaming attachment (17).
Use the steaming attachment without the
intermediate base (18) to cook a greater
quantity of the same food.
Insert the intermediate base into the
steaming attachment to cook a greater
quantity of the same foodstuffs which
should not rest on top of one another
(e.g. yeast dumplings) or to cook different
foodstuffs simultaneously (e.g. vegetables
and meat). Make sure that food with a
longer cooking time is at the bottom and
food with a shorter cooking time is at the
top.
