Unplug the appliance and let it cool down for 1 hour.
Disconnect the mains plug and plug it back in.
Should the problem continue, please contact customer
service.
Make sure the compressor is working.
Contact customer service for repair.
The motor protection function has been activated.
Remove the container, transfer your ice cream to
another container, and let the machine stand for at least
30 minutes. Reduce the stirring duration next time.
Let your machine rest for at least 30 minutes before
filling it with the next batch of ice cream.
Home-made ice cream without additives and
thickeners will naturally become very hard in the
freezer. If your ice cream has been in the freezer for
a while, you should allow it to thaw in the fridge or at
room temperature for approx. 10-30 minutes.
