TROUBLESHOOTING
Common Issues
The following problems are not a malfunction and in most situations will not require repairs.

Solution
The Water Collection Tray is full. Turn o the unit, drain the water from the Water
Collection Tray and restart the unit.
Reset the temperature
Turn o the unit and clean the filter according to instructions
Turn o the unit, disconnect the hose, check for blockage and reconnect the hose
Call a service technician to inspect the unit and top o refrigerant
Decrease the set temperature
Make sure all windows and doors are closed
Double-check the cooling area
Remove the heat sources if possible
Place the unit on a flat, level surface
Turn o the unit and clean the filter according to instructions
