2. Zusammenbau
Es ist vorteilhaft, bei der Montage des
Gerätes wie folgt zu verfahren:
Einschubgehäuse auf Drehrahmengestell
aufsetzen.
Zwei Schrauben an der rechten Kante
und zwei Schrauben an der linken Kante
des Drehrahmengestells herausdrehen.
Drehrahmen öffnen.
Nach Entfernen der sechs Halteschrau­
ben rückseitige Abdeckplatte des Ein­
schubgehäuses (Fig. 16) abnehmen.
Einschubgehäuse mittels vier Schrauben
vom Inneren des Verstärkergestells her
festschrauben.
Nützliche Hinweise über die nachfolgend
beschriebenen elektrischen Verbindun­
gen gibt die Projektorskizze im Strom­
laufplan.
Die aus der Tischplatte nach unten her­
ausragenden Tonkabel in die an der
rechten Schmalseite des Verstärkerge­
stells befindlichen Steckdosen einstek­
ken. Magnettonkabel oben, Lichttonka­
bel unten. Gleichstromkabel für Xenon­
lampe (über den Transport im Einschub­

gehäuse untergebracht!) an der linken
Innenseite des Verstärkergestells über
Rohrsehelle oben nach unten führen
und an Gleichstromklemmen anschlie­
ßen. Dabei auf Polarität achten. Rohr­
sehelle festziehen.
Kabelende mit Mehrfachstecker (beim
Transport im Verstärkergestell!) ins In­
nere des Einschubgehäuses führen.
Dort einstecken.
Antriebsmotor und Schwungscheibe
Die beiden Abdeckhauben (Fig. 9, Pos.
12) für die Schwungmasse des Lichtton­
geräts abnehmen (vier Schrauben).
Auf die Tonbahnwelle ist eine Distanz­
büchse aufgeschoben. Diese ist wäh­
rend des Transports mit Tesaband ge­
gen Herausfallen gesichert. Das Tesa­
band muß vor dem Zusammenbau ent­
ferna werden. Schwungscheibe vorsich­
tig auf Tonbahnwelle bis zum Anschlag
einschieben. Der auf der Schwungschei­
be angebrachte Vulkollan-Streifen muß
außen, also dem Werk abgekehrt sein.
Durch Anziehen der Konus-Schraube
wird die Schwungscheibe auf der Ton­
bahnwelle fe�tgemacht.
Antriebsmotor
und Gummikupplung an Projektorwerk
(Fig. 9, Pos. 11) anschrauben {drei
Schrauben). Kabel in kurzem Panzer­
schlauch (Fig. 9, Pos. 13) an Motor­
klemmbrett anklemmen. Die beiden Ab­
deckhauben für die
wieder anschrauben.
Abdeckhaube für die Anschlußklemmen
des Motors abnehmen. Motor anschlie­
ßen und Abdeckhaube wieder anbrin­
gen.
Magnetfilm-Gerät
Abdeckhaube abnehmen, dann Schwung­
massen anbringen· !
2. Assembly
lt is advisable to proceed as follows:
Put insert on pivoting frame.
Undo the two screws at the right and
two screws at the left edge of the pi­
voting frame.
Open the pivoting frame.
After removing the six retaining screws
take off rear cover plate of insert (fig. 16).
Mount the insert from the inside with
the aid of the four retaining screws.
As to the electrical connections, you
will find useful hints in the wiring dia,­
gram.
The sound cables sticking out of the
bottom of the table plate must be plugged
into the receptacles on the right side of
the amplifier pedestal (the magnetic
sound cable on top, the optical sound
cable at the bottom). The rectifier cable
for the xenon lamp (to be found in the
insert where it is stowed away in transit)
must be led along the left inside wall of
the amplifier pedestal through a shackle
upward and then downward again right
up to the D. C. terminals. Watch polarity.
Tighten the shackle.
Lead cable end with multiple connec­
tion (in amplifier frame during transit)
into the interior of the insert and plug
it in.
Drive motor and flywheel arrangement
Remove the two covers (fig. 9, pos. 12)
of the flywheel assembly of the sound
unit (four screws).
ThP.re is a spacer bush on the sound
drum shaft. This bush is fastened with
Scotch tape during transit. Remove this
tape before starting the assembly. Slide
the flywheel carefully onto the s haft
until it comes to a stop. The Vulkollan
band on the flywheel must be outside,
i. e. away from the m. e chanism.
The flywheel is mounted onto the sound
drum shaft by tightening the tapering
screw.
Mount drive motor with intermediate
gears and rubber clutch arrangement to
projector mechanism (fig. 9, pos. 11)
(three screws). Connect cables in s hort
armoured
Screw on the two covers for the fly­
wheel.
Remove the cover for the terminal of the
mit Zwischengetriebe
motor. Connect the motor and put on
cover.
Magnetic film sound unit
Take away the cover, then mount the
flywheel masses.
Schwungscheibe
hose to motor terminals.
2. Remontage
II est recommande lors du remontage
de l'appareil de proceder comme suit:
Placer le boitier incorpore sur le bäti
de chässls rotatif.
Devisser les quatres vis ä l'arrete du
bäti de chässis rotatif.
Ouvrir le chässis rotatif.
Apres avoir retire les six vis de fixation,
retirer la paroi arriere de la plaque de
recouvrement du boitier
(ill. 16).
Bien visser le boitier incorpore ä l'aide
de quatre vis et ce, de l'interieur du bäti
d'amplificateur.
Le croquis du projecteur dans le plan
de marche du courant donne toutes les
instructions utiles relatives aux con­
nexions electriques ä effectuer.
Brancher les cäbles de son qui font sail­
lie de la plaque-support dans les prises
se trouvant sur le cöte droit du bäti de
l'amplificateur. Cäble de son magneti­
que en haut, cäble de son optique en
bas.
Amener vers le bas le cäble de courant
continu pour la lampe au xenon (monte
au-dessus de la translation du boitier
ä glissiere) au cöte gauche du bäti de
l'amplificateur au-dessus du collier su­
perieur, et brancher les cosses du cäble
de courant continu. Ce faisant, faire at­
tention ä la polarite. Enfin, bien serrer le
collier.
Connecter la fin du cäble avec sa prise
multiple (lors du transport dans le bäti
de l'amplificateur) dans l'interieur du
bäti ä glissiere. Faire le branchement.
Moteur d'entrainement et dlsque volant
Retirer les deux capots (ill. 9, pos. 12)
pour la masse giratoire de l'appareil de
son optique (quatre vis).
Une douille entretoise est glissee sur
l'arbre du lecteur sonore. Cette derniere
est maintenue pendant le transport par
un ruban adhesif. Ce ruban doit etre
retire lors du montage. Faire glisser
avec precaution le disque volant sur
l'arbre du lecteur sonore jusqu'ä la
butee. La bande Vulkollan situee sur le
disque volant doit se trouver ä l'exteri­
eur, c'est,ä-dire opposee au projecteur.
Par serrage de la vis conique, le disque
volant se trouvera fixe sur l'arbre du
lecteur sonore.
Fixer le moteur d'entrainement avec son
mecanisme intercalaire et son embray­
age intercalaire au projecteur propre­
ment dit (III. 9, pos. 11) (trois vis).
Fixer ä la plaque ä bornes du moteur le
cäble se trouvant dans le tube blinde
(ill. 9, pos. 13). Revisser alors de nou­
veau les deux capots de recouvrement
pour le disque volant. Retirer le capot
de recouvrement pour les cosses de
connexion du moteur. Brancher le mo­
teur et replacer le capot de recouvre­
ment.
