b) Mounting the Fin

• Pull off the protective foil from the adhesive strips (1)
on the bottom of the fin (2) and insert the fin unit from
above into the elevator unit (3) or the groove on the fu-
selage (4).
• The fin unit must connect gap-free with the elevator unit
(5) and both parts must be aligned at a 90° angle to-
wards each other (see sketch).
• Now suspend the fork head (6) of the fin unit control rod
in the central boring of the rudder lever (7).
