Linkes Laufrad montieren

1. Schieben Sie die Bremsscheibe (1) von unten zwischen die
Bremszangen (2) und halten Sie sie an die Antriebsschraube
(3).
2. Halten Sie das linke Laufrad auf die Bremsscheibe (1), so dass
die Stifte der Nabe durch die Bohrungen der Bremsscheibe
(1) hindurchgehen und in die Bohrungen der Antriebss-
chraube (3) hineinragen.
3. Schrauben Sie das Laufrad mit der M 8 Schraube mit einem
Innensechskantschlüssel 6 mm (4) handfest an.
4. Halten Sie das Rad fest und schrauben Sie die M8 Schraube
(4) mit einem Drehmoment von 23 Nm im Uhrzeigersinn fest.
Achtung!
Die M8 Schrauben für die Nabenbefestigung müssen
unbedingt mit 23 Nm angezogen werden. Bei geringerem
Anzugsdrehmoment kann die Welle brechen und der Antrieb
ausfallen.

Rechtes Laufrad montieren

1. Schieben Sie die Bremsscheibe (1) von unten zwischen die
Bremszangen (2) und halten Sie sie an die Antriebsschraube
(3).
2. Halten Sie das rechte Laufrad auf die Bremsscheibe (1), so
dass die Stifte der Nabe durch die Bohrungen der Brems-
scheibe (1) hindurchgehen und in die Bohrungen der An-
triebsschraube (3) hineinragen.
3. Schrauben Sie das Laufrad mit der M 8 Schraube (4) mit
einem Innensechskantschlüssel 6 mm handfest an.
4. Halten Sie das Rad fest und schrauben Sie die M8 Schraube
(4) mit einem Drehmoment von 23 Nm im Uhrzeigersinn fest
.
Achtung!
Die M8 Schrauben für die Nabenbefestigungs müssen unbe-
dingt fest angezogen werden. Bei geringerem Anzugsdrehmo-
ment kann die Welle brechen und der Antrieb ausfallen.

Installing the left wheel

1. Slide the brake disc (1) between the two brake calipers (2)
from below, and hold it against the head of the drive screw

(3), aligning the holes.
2. Hold the left wheel against the brake disc (1) so that the hub
pins protrude through the holes of the brake disc (1) and into
the holes in the head of the drive screw (3).
3. Screw the wheel onto the frame with the M8 allen bolt (4)
using a 6mm Allen key, tightening lightly at first.
4. Brace the wheel, and tighten the M8 allen bolt (4) with a
torque of 23 Nm (17 ft-lbs).

Attention!
The M8 allen bolt must be tightened with a torque of 23 Nm
(17 ft-lbs). If the bolt is tightened with less torque, the shaft
could brake and the drive could fall out.

Installing the right wheel

1. Slide the brake disc (1) between the two brake calipers (2)

the holes in the head of the drive screw (3).

4. Brace the wheel and tighten the allen bolt (4) with a torque of
23 Nm (17 ft-lbs).
Attention!
The allen bolt must be tightened with a torque of 23 Nm (17
ft-lbs). If the bolt is tightened with less torque, the shaft could
brake and the drive could fall out.
