Lieferung annehmen

Reklamieren Sie eventuelle Beschädigungen der Verpackung di-
rekt beim Spediteur.
Auspacken und Lieferumfang prüfen
Je nach Lieferziel ist die Verpackungsgröße unterschiedlich und Sie
finden das Kettwiesel in einem unterschiedlichen Montagezustand
vor. Öffnen Sie die Verpackung und lösen Sie die Fixierungen.
Überprüfen Sie den Inhalt des Paketes mit Ihrer Bestellung.
Es sollte außerdem Folgendes enthalten:
Kettwiesel-Gebrauchsanweisung und Gebrauchsanleitungen von
Fremdherstellern wie Schaltung, Bremsen, Lichtanlage etc., Fahne.

Kettwiesel montieren (USA-Versand 1)

1. Schieben Sie den Vorbau in den Hauptrahmen und ziehen Sie
die Schrauben zunächst handfest an.
2. Montieren Sie die Rahmenschnellverstellung (Option).
3. Montieren Sie die Lenkübertragungsstange.
4. Führen Sie die Kette durch das Kettenschutzrohr und montie-
ren Sie die Kette.
5. Schrauben Sie die Pedale in die Tretkurbel.
6. Montieren Sie die Bremssättel an den Rahmen.
7. Stecken Sie das Sitzgestell an die Rahmenschellen.
Weiter wie bei USA-Versand 2.

Kettwiesel montieren (USA-Versand 2)

1. Setzen Sie die Bremsscheiben auf die Naben. Schieben Sie
die Laufräder von unten mit der Bremsscheibe zwischen die
Bremszangen. Bei Standard-Kettwiesel wird das angetriebene
Laufrad rechts angeschraubt. Bei Kettwiesel mit Differential
ist auf der Bremsscheibe auf der Nabenseite die Laufrichtung
angegeben. Die Laufräder dürfen auf keinen Fall vertauscht
werden. Schrauben Sie die Laufräder an.
Hinweis:
Beachten Sie auch die Anleitungen „Rechtes/Linkes Laufrad
demontieren/montieren" auf den Seiten 33 und 34. Sie
können auch die Ersatzteillisten zu Hilfe nehmen.

If you notice the packaging has been damaged, please notify the
shipping company directly.

Unpacking and checking contents

The Kettwiesel is packaged in various states of pre-assembly,
depending on the region to which it is being shipped. Open the
packaging and remove the shipping supports. Check the contents
of the package for agreement with your order.
Additionally, the following items should be included:
Kettwiesel User's Manual, as well as manuals from other manu-
facturers for various components such as gear system, brakes,
lighting system, etc., and flag.

Assembling the Kettwiesel (USA shipment 1)

1. Insert the front boom into the main frame and tighten the
bolts lightly at first.
2. Mount the quick-adjust frame fittings (optional).
3. Mount the steering rods.
4. Pull the chain through the chain tube and mount the chain.
5. Install the pedals by turning the axles in the crank arms.
6. Mount the brake calipers to the frame.
7. Mount the seat frame to the frame clamp.
Proceed with steps listed under "USA shipment 2".

Assembling the Kettwiesel (USA shipment 2)

1. Mount the brake discs to the hubs. Mount the wheels, sliding
the brake discs into the space between the brake caliper pads
from below. For the Kettwiesel Standard, the drive wheel is
mounted on the right. For Kettwiesel models with a differen-
tial, the direction of rotation is specified on the hub side of
the brake disc. The wheels must be mounted on the appropri-
ate side.
Note:
Please refer to the instructions for removing the right and
left wheels on pages 33 and 34 of this manual. You can also
refer to the diagrams provided in the section "Replacement
parts".
