TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The open burner range with oven, referred to
from now on as the appliance, is designed and
constructed for preparing and cooking foods
in the professional catering sector (for exam-
ple: in restaurants' kitchens, canteens, hospi-
tals, and in business activities such as bakeries,

Hob: in stainless steel.
