Guarantee
Included:
General components which has gone perceptible failure as a result of material errors, production errors or poor
labour performance. Electric components which falls under this provision.
Guarantee period:
These start at date of delivery. Failures are exclusively covered by the warranty if the machine is fully registered
via the DiBO website at www.dibo.com. The warranty period is 1 year (or max. 500h when an hour meter is
used) provided that certain conditions are met.
Warranty condition with 1 year warranty:
The machine should be cleaned regularly according to the maintenance schedule (at least once a year) and of-
fered for maintenance at DiBO or an authorized service / maintenance station.
This warranty period can only be guaranteed if proof of a maintenance certificate.
Excluded are wear parts, such as pistols, lances, hoses, ...
DiBO e.g. will not meet in working hours and mileage allowances.
Register your machine via your customer or dealer account.
For an application to guarantee you must contact immediately your supplier.
A warranty application which is too late communicated, is no longer handled.
Warranty attribution:
The warranty attribution occurs by repairing to the faulty component.
The mailing costs are always at the expense of the customer.
The replaced faulty components become property of DiBO B.V.
Not in the guarantee B.V. included:
- Indirect arisen damage.
- Normal wear.
- Damages arise of failure or B.V. ompetently use.
- Damage B.V. urred during loading, unloading or transport.
- Damage by freezing.
- Damage which is too late reported.
- Costs of repairing by third parties.
Guarantee expires:
At change of owner.
In the event of repairs not carried out by an authorized DiBO technician/dealer or in the event of changes without
priorpermission from DiBO.
Liability:
DiBO b.v.. cannot become as a manufacturer put responsible for personal lesion, damage to properties of third
parties,company damage, production loss, capital loss, loss of goods and such, which has arisen by poor or too
late supply of sold Article, irrespective of the cause of this. DiBO cannot also become put responsible for the
possible detrimental impact of chemical cleaning products which are added. The machine is designed in such
a way to be safe to use and maintain. This applies to the uses, circumstances and guidelines described in this
documentation. Everybody who works with or on the machine must therefore read this documentation and follow
the instructions it contains. In the event that the machine is used by the employees of a company in the course
of their work, their employer is responsible for ensuring that they are familiar with and follow
the instructions in this documentation. Additional safety measures related mainly to working conditions may be
in force in the company or country in which this machine is used. This documentation does not describe how
these measures must be complied with. It does, however, contain all the information you will need about the
actual machine. If you have any doubts, ask the respective government official or your safety officer.
