Cause
– No power available
– Remote controller isn't functioning (faulty)
– The remote control battery is empty
– Motor is too hot and has been shut down
by the thermo protector
– Batteries in remote controller empty
– Item between transmitter and receiver,
distance to receiver too far away
– Remote controller faulty
– BiSens SWR 230V is not provided with

– The tensioning rope is wound up in the cas-
sette on a rope drum with several lengths
next to each other. If there is no more space
at the side, the tensioning rope winds over
the previous winding. If the tensioning rope
slips off, a bang ensues. The volume of the
bang increases with the fabric
– Bearing surfaces not lubricated
– Minor material accumulation has arisen
during powder-coating of the parts.
– Despite the greatest care during powder-
coating and manufacturing, small scratches
may arise.
– Stripe pattern from rainwater flowing off
along the profiles (deposit with dirt and
lime).
– For very large widths and projections, the
fabric can rest on the distance rope when
half extended. Wrinkling may occur
– Stress whitening occurs in the seam area
due to friction when the fabric is wound. A
ripple pattern emerges on the fabric due to
the Opti nut's rippled surface.
Rectification
• Make a network connection (technician/specialist company)!
• Replace the remote control (technician/specialist company)!
• Replace the battery!
• Wait approx. 15 to 20 minutes until the motor has cooled down!
• Replace batteries in the remote controller!
• Move closer to the receiver!
• Other transmission position!
• New remote controller!
• Make a network connection (technician/specialist company)!
• Clean, remove plant growth!
• Align sensor!
• Replace the sensor (technician/specialist company)!
• Correct the motor settings!
• Correct the motor settings!
• Remove foreign bodies!
• Re-measure and re-align unit!

more prone to this.
