8.7 Submenu 3 Logbook
Active errors are shown immediately on the display. The ten most recent error messages are displayed in
the <Logbook> submenu. The previous error messages are not saved and are discarded. The time and date
refer only to operating times during which the device has or had power.
8.8 Submenu 4 Settings
The Settings submenu is preset and can be changed as needed.

All settings for the EWR 2 Net MFC Mode are listed below.

To open the submenus, press the <OK> button.

Error number/error type are displayed.
To switch between the error messages, press the < ▲▼> arrow buttons.

To display the time the error occurred, press the <◄ ►> arrow buttons.

To return to the fault number/fault type, press the <OK> button.

To save the setting and go to the previously selected submenu item, press

the <OK> button.
To return to the main menu, press the <▲> arrow button or the <On/Bypass>

button.
Set the device language.
Set the background lighting.
Setting options:
— The background lighting remains on for 5 minutes after pressing a button on
the device.
— The background lighting remains permanently switched on.
Set the node ID for CANopen communication (display in hexadecimal
notation).
Set the baud rate for CANopen communication.
Set whether a DHCP server or a static IP address should be used for Ethernet
communication.
Set the static IP address.
Set the subnet mask for Ethernet communication.
Set gateways for Ethernet communication.
