4.1 Assembly and use

The device is an electronic gas management system with MFC mode (mass flow control mode). The device
can be used to control the gas flow in a defined manner without shunt control. Regulation can be carried
out via a permanent control circuit between the device and a higher-level control system. This device consists
of a housing with display and arrow buttons, as well as a status LED. It also has a proportional valve and
pressure sensors. The device has a CANopen and an Ethernet interface.
4.2 Authorization levels/password
The device is preset with factory settings at the time of delivery. Once the power supply is established, the
device always starts at the "User" authorization level. To change the factory settings, you require
authorization rights at the "Setter" level and must enter the following password, which has been set by the
factory: <1054>. The password can be changed via the service software at the "Setter" authorization level.
The authorization level is set by a higher authorization level to "User" if no button is pressed after 5 minutes
(timeout mechanism).
