5 My WebastoConnect

ThermoConnect settings can be con-
trolled using the My WebastoConnect
web service. It is possible to type the url
my.webastoconnect.com directly in an
internet browser. Enter the temporary
identification number shown in mobile
app under the My WebastoConnect item
of the app or use the ThermoConnect ac-
count credentials.
All app settings are also available
in My WebastoConnect and will
be synchronised automatically.
Context-specific help for each set-
ting is available in
My WebastoConnect service.

Operate the heater, control alarms, see

Change device name, control accounts
Configure inputs and outputs, heater set-

view the location.
5.5 Control, Timers
My WebastoConnect web service pro-
vides full access to all ThermoConnect
features, for example controlling outputs
and creating or modifying timers.
5.6 ThermoConnect location,
location based events
Location based events are automated
tasks that trigger based on
ThermoConnect location. When these
events trigger, ThermoConnect may ei-
ther make call, send a predefined SMS-
message, control own outputs or control
another ThermoConnect's outputs. Loca-
tion events can be used for example to
open garage doors or disengage home
alarm systems when arriving home area.
Events are added in My WebastoCon-
nect's Location-view by double-clicking
the spot on map and entering the need-
ed configuration in the dialog that opens.
