Functional description
Display wire feed rate (m/min.): The selected wire feed rate is
displayed. All other welding parameters are set automatically in
accordance with the characteristic curve record.
Display material thickness (mm): The selected material thickness
of the basic material to be welded is displayed. All other welding
parameters

3.6.1.2 Display special parameters

The special parameters allow the user to modify the basic machine settings and
welding parameters, for example, gas pre-flow, automatic creep, start current,
etc., to suit their requirements. The sub-menu must be called to display and set
the special parameters. The left-hand digital display for special parameters [5]
shows the number of the selected special parameter. The right-hand digital
display "special parameter" [9] displays the value of the special parameter. A
detailed description of the special parameters is given in Chapter 3.11.

3.6.1.3 Display error messages

In the event of an error, this display shows "Err". The description of the error is
shown in the right-hand digital display [9] (see Chapter 7.3).

3.6.2 Digital display voltage and special parameters

3.6.2.1 Display arc length, voltage and steplessly
controllable choke
If the display LED V [10] (voltage) lights next to the right-hand digital display [9]
then the actual welding voltage is displayed during welding. In the basic state,
the display of the relevant open-circuit voltage derived from the programmed
characteristic curve.
Press the push button [11] alongside the right-hand digital display [9] allows the
user to select the display of arc length, welding voltage (V) or the steplessly
controllable choke. During welding the current welding voltage is displayed
