3.2.2 Working with synergetic welding programs

The MEGAPULS 250 has a wide range of preset, stored, synergic welding
programs which make setting and operating very easy. Each welding program
has its own program number. The appropriate welding program is called by
entering the program number. The synergic welding programs automatically set
all parameters to the correct values. Individual adjustments can then be made
based on these settings. Synergic welding programs are available for
conventional (non-pulsed) and pulsed welding for the common combinations of
material type,. wire thickness and inert gas. An overview of the welding programs
is affixed to the inside of the side door of the wire feed unit (see Chapter 3.11.1).
