CHECKS TO BE RUN AT THE START OF EACH
WORKING DAY
Inspect the exterior of the compressor (couplings, pipes, pneumatic
components etc.) and check for any oil leaks. Replace parts where necessary
or contact AEROTECNICA COLTRI.
6.2.1
Lubricating oil level check
Check that the lubricating oil level (a) is within acceptable limits (MIN.-
MAX.).
Note that an excessive quantity of oil can cause infiltrations in the cylinders
and leave deposits on the valves while too low a level prevents proper
lubrication and could cause engine seizure.
If the oil level is not within the minimum and maximum limits top up or
drain as described in section "7.9 Changing the lubricating oil".
6.2.2
Storing technical documentation
The use and maintenance manual and its appendices must be stored
carefully and must always be kept where they can be accessed easily for
immediate consultation.
WARNING: The use and maintenance manual is an integral
part of the compressor and must always be handed over in
the event of a change of ownership.
6.2.3
Checking that the refill flex hoses are in good condition
Inspect the refill hoses and make sure there are no cuts, holes, abrasions,
leaks etc. If necessary replace with new hoses.

6.2
KONTROLLEN VOR BEGINN JEDES
ARBEITSTAGES
Die Außenteile des Kompressors kontrollieren (Gelenke, Rohre/Schläuche,
Druckluftbauteile, usw.) und auf Öllecks prüfen. Gegebenenfalls das
schadhafte Teil austauschen oder AEROTECNICA COLTRI kontaktieren.
6.2.1
Kontrolle Schmierölstand
Kontrollieren, dass der Schmierölstand (a) innerhalb der vorgesehenen
Grenzbereiche (MIN.- MAX.) liegt.
Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass bei einem Überschuss an Schmieröl
dieses in die Zylinder eindringen und sich an den Ventilen ablagern kann,
während bei zu wenig Öl keine einwandfreie Schmierung möglich ist und
es zum Festfressen der Zylinder kommen kann.
Sollte der Ölstand nicht innerhalb der vorgesehenen Grenzbereiche liegen,
Schmieröl nachfüllen oder ablassen wie in Abschnitt „7.9 Schmierölwechsel"
beschrieben.
6.2.2
Aufbewahrung technische Dokumentation
Das Bedienungs- und Wartungshandbuch und dessen Anlagen müssen
sorgfältig an einem für den Bediener leicht zugänglichen Ort aufbewahrt
werden, um jederzeit konsultiert werden zu können.
ACHTUNG: Das Bedienungs- und Wartungshandbuch ist
wesentlicher Bestandteil des Kompressors und muss auch bei
Besitzerwechsel verfügbar sein.
6.2.3
Kontrolle Unversehrtheit Füllschläuche
Die Füllschläuche kontrollieren und prüfen, dass diese keine Schnitte,
Löcher, Kratzer, Lecks usw. aufweisen. Diese gegebenenfalls durch neue
Füllschläuche ersetzen.
