Information codes
If the oven fails to operate, you may see an information code on the display. Check
the table below and try the suggestions.
Code Description
The temperature sensor is open.
C-20
The temperature sensor is short.
The steam sensor is open.
C-70
The steam sensor is short.
If there is no communication
C-F0 between the main and sub
MICOM.
Only occurs when EEPROM Read
C-F1
or Write is not working.
The auto door motor is
C-d4
malfunction.
This code appears when the
oven temperature high.
In case the temperature rises
C-21
over the limit temperature
during operation of each mode.

The touch key is malfunction.

Action
Unplug the power cord of
the oven, and contact a local
Samsung service centre.
Unplug the power cord for
cooling enough time, and restart
the oven.
Stop the oven and then try
again.
