4.2.3 High-pressure monitor (each time
maintenance is performed)
Keep the shut-off device in the heating/cooling water circuit
closed.
Restore the power supply to the heat pump using the mobile
cut-off device.
Once the control device has initialised

(approx. 1-2 min), select the "Inputs/outputs" menu by
pressing the  or  keys on the control panel and confirm
with . The contactor -KO is energized and the compres-
sors start immediately.



 The "Inputs – pressure" menu is displayed:


Example
 Upon reaching the pressure monitor's switch-off value,
contactor –K0 drops out. The compressor groups are
switched off
 Note and record the switching value on the control panel
(connected to -N0-J15).
NOTE
Actuate the mobile shut-off device to prevent a renewed
start-up if the switch-back value of the high-pressure monitor
has been undershot.
 Switch off again using the mobile cut-off device and safe-
guard this state.
The internal control and supply voltage has now been com-
pletely interrupted. Voltage is still present between the
supply points and the cut-off mechanism – see the circuit
diagram!
 Open the shut-off device in the heating/cooling water cir-
cuit.
4.2.4 Steps to take after completing the
tests on the safety equipment
 Remove the mobile cut-off device to ensure that the power
supplies remain interrupted!
 Remove the electrical link cables that were set to perform
the tests.
Re-insert plug –N0-J17 (for coil of 4-way valve)

 Remove the control panel including the cable from –N0-
J15
Close motor protection switch -Q1 and -Q3

Re-connect dummy plug -XS0 correctly

Close the switch box correctly

Close the covering panels correctly.

 A vapour leakage tightness check then needs to be per-
formed again.
Reset the operating mode on controller -N1 back to the

state it was originally in before starting the tests

4.3 Checking the vapour leakage
4.3.1 Closing the switch box
Close the switch box with a cover and 10x screws + sealing

washers each
 Replace any faulty sealing washers: 452167.41.25
Ensure that the screws are tightened evenly cross-wise

The seal of the washer should spring up slightly, but should

not be compressed excessively. (approx. 4.5 Nm)
