Functional test

Device is still de-energised.
In order to perform the next steps, you must have deter-

mined that the refrigeration cycle is not leaking
Place the mobile gas detector underneath the switch box

 Switch box is still open
Connect the mobile cut-off device (see Cap. 5.1 on

page 17).
 Restore the external power supply to the device
Set operating mode "2nd heat generator" on controller -N1

Please note the following general rule:
In heating and cooling operation, the vibrations of the refrigera-
tion circuit must be checked, in particular all lines connected to
the compressor. Perform the check both visually and manually
(place a tool and watch out for noticeable vibrations). Evaluate
the results based on practical experience.
NOTE
A detailed overview of the connections to be inspected is
provided in the appendix under "Items for vibration check"
(Cap. 5.4 on page 22).

4.1 Checking the pressure sensors

To check the built-in pressure sensors in the heat pump, pro-
ceed as follows:
Device is in operating mode "2nd heat generator".

 An additional pGD0 control panel must be connected to
controller -N0.

 Disconnect the communication link between controller -
N1 and controller -N0 by unplugging plug
-N0-J11.

 Using the data cable, connect the control panel to control-
ler -N0 at slot -N0-J15.

Select the "Communication" menu by pressing the  or 

keys on the control panel and confirm with .



 Select the "online" menu by pressing keys  or  on the
control panel.




 Press the  key to select the numerical value
"0000 0" and set it to "1" by pressing the  or  key:




The display then shows the following:



Press the "Esc" key to exit the settings level in the menu.

 Select the "Inputs/outputs" menu by pressing the  or 
keys on the control panel and confirm with .



 Press the  key on the control panel to select the "Outputs
– digital" menu:




