Requirements
8.1

Software Requirements:

• Chromium based browser, such as Google Chrome™ or Microsoft Edge™.
8.2

Hardware Requirements:

• Computer with a wireless network adapter and privileges to connect to a WPA2-PSK network

Appendix B Basic Troubleshooting

• Ensure the module is properly inserted into the BD Veritor™ Plus Analyzer module slot.
• If the barcode scanner light flashes during instrument startup, the BD Veritor™ InfoWiFi
Module is properly installed and has power.
• Place the configuring laptop or PC in the vicinity of the BD Veritor™ Plus Analyzer to ensure
radio connection.
• Confirm the "BDInfoWiFixxxxxx" network is listed in available networks on the configuring
laptop or PC. It may take up to 30 seconds for the network to appear.
• If the antenna icon shows no bars, check if the wireless network information is correct and if
the signal strength of the network is sufficient.
• If the data transfer does not complete successfully, restart the BD Veritor™ Plus Analyzer to
reconnect to the wireless network.
