Set Up an ImageMover™ Connection
To set up an ImageMover™ connection:
1 Contact ImageMover™ at bdveritororder@imagemovermd.com to request an environment. In the
email, be sure to mention that you plan to use the InfoWifi module.
2 ImageMover™ Customer Success will set up an organization in our system along with accounts
for each contact in your organization.
3 You will receive an automated email from ImageMover™ allowing your organization's contacts to
set their own passwords and sign into the Web Portal.
4 ImageMover™ Customer Success will send an onboarding email to you that will include the
following:
•
Instructions for how to set up your testing workflow in the ImageMover™ mobile
application
•
The InfoWifi Feature Guide along with the URL you will use to configure your
BD Veritor™ device
•
A URL to provide us with shipping information for the pre-printed barcode labels, if you
do not intend to use other barcode labels
•
Contact information for ImageMover™ technical support in case you need assistance
Note that the QR Code needed to set up the ImageMover™ mobile application is included in the Web
Portal.
