1.3.1 Avoiding misuse


Cleaning brushes may be used only on the grinding machine GZ20C, GZ20CD and GZ25C, GZ25CD.

The distance between the supporting surface for grinding wheel may not be less than 2 mm. However,
the distance may be greater if the grinding process and the used material require this for security rea-
sons.

Grinding wheels must not be installed in places that are designed for cleaning brushes.
We would like to stress that any modifications to the construction, or technical or technological modifications
that have not been authorized by will also render the guarantee null and void.
WARNING!
Risk of injury caused by workpieces flying off
Make sure to have the gap between the grinding wheel and support surface as small as possible and read-
just the support surface immediately if the distance is too big.
If the readjustment of the support surface is no longer possible, the grinding wheel must be replaced.
INFORMATION
Grinding machines with frequency converter for regulating the speed are built according to the standard DIN
EN -3 class C2.
WARNING!
This machines are not intended for use in residential facilities where the power is supplied via a
public low voltage supply system. In these areas, it may be difficult to guarantee electromagnetic
compatibility due to conducted and emitted interference.

"This is a product of category C2 according to EN 61800-3. This product may cause radio interference in


Required limit values class A group 2 according to EN 55011, whereby these limit values are below those
of class A group 1, plus warning: "This type is not suitable for connection to a public low-voltage network
supplying residential buildings. When connecting to a public low voltage network, radio frequency inter-
ference is expected."
