4 Operation

Before using the ASSKEA Secretion aspirator proVisio® M28, familiarise yourself
with the basic safety instructions in section 2.6.

4.1 Setup and startup

The following section describes the operating elements, connections, and startup of the ASSKEA
proVisio ® M28 secretion aspirator:
4.1.1 Connecting the ASSKEA proVisio
Check the power supply unit and mains cable for potential damage before each
use and replace it if there is any damage.
Use the socket for the 12 V power supply unit (Fig. 1(D) and Fig. 2(D)) to connect the device to the
mains power supply with the aid of the supplied power supply unit to charge or operate it as
needed. Make sure that the device is positioned in such a way that it is possible to easily
disconnect it later. First connect the power supply unit to the power supply socket of the
ASSKEA proVisio ® M28 secretion aspirator and then to the mains power supply.
