2.5 Workout mode
Select from 12 different intensity patterns, each of which comprises 16 segments. Set the training duration
and start your individual workout.
Selecting the Workout mode
• Make sure the main menu is shown. If necessary, press the 'Home' button.
• Turn the Control knob until the 'Workout' mode is highlighted. Then press the Control knob to select it.
• A menu window with an overview of the 12 Workout programs (on two subordinate windows) is displayed.
The intensity pattern of each program is shown as small orange bar diagram in the thumbnail pictures:
• Turn the Control knob until the desired Workout program is highlighted. Press the Control knob to select it.
Setting the duration/ Performing the training
• A menu window with bar graph and numeric display for the time setting is shown.
• Turn the Control knob to determine the duration of your training. The current time value is shown above the
Control bar. When the desired time is displayed, press the control knob to set it. This automatically determines
the duration of each segments, as all 16 segments are set to the same duration. (Example: Set time = 30
minutes = 1800 seconds. Segment duration = 1800 seconds / 16 = 113 seconds).
• Start your training with the START button.
• When the time is elapsed, the intensity is reset.
You have finished your training!
