Replacing the Cooling Water

 Replace the cooling water in the Recirculation Cooling Unit at
least once a month.
 Press emergency stop.
 Open the protection guard.
 Remove the red protection caps from each of the two grease
nipples, located as indicated with a white circle in the illustration.
 Lubricate in the two grease nipples with the grease gun and
move the spindle/cutting motor up and down by hand, until
grease comes out at the shaft. Use water-repelling grease, e.g.
Shell Albida Grease LX.
 Clean superfluous grease away and mount the protection caps
at the grease nipples.
 Release the emergency stop.
