manufacturer usually on the battery:

NOTE: Previous setting function. Before
starting the test, the user can always
return to the previous setting by
pressing the « Enter» key for 2 seconds.
Surface charge warning
The battery will present a surface charge if the
engine was running or just after its charging.
The tester will display a warning suggesting
you remove the surface charge.
Follow the instructions indicating when to
switch on and off the headlights of the vehicle
to or when to apply the charge to the battery.
A. On the vehicle:
"SURFACE CHARGE ON VEHICLE? YES"
"SWITCH ON VEHICLE HEADLIGHTS FOR 15
