Problem
I hear a audible rattle coming
from my wheel.
The message 'error 503'
appears on the screen of your
display.*
My ring lock seems to be
loose or has (partly) come off
the bike frame.

Cause
A spoke is loose.
There is a problem with the speed sensor.
Lock rubbers give the lock a certain flexibility to
prevent a spoke from breaking in case you take a bike
off its kickstand while being locked. When the lock
rubbers are torn and/or cracked the ring lock might
seem loose or the ring lock (partly) comes off the bike
frame.
Solution
Check your spokes and contact your Urban Arrow
dealer in case there is a spoke missing or you detect a
damaged spoke.
Check your speed sensor (see paragraph 8.2.1).
Contact your Urban Arrow dealer to replace the
damaged lock rubber(s) by a new one.
