Problem
The message 'attach to bike
appears' on the screen of my
Intuvia display.
The front and/or rear light of
my bike doesn't work.
The pedalling assistance is
not working.
The chain audibly scratches
the chain case.
There is excessive resistance
when I cycle.

Cause
The internal battery pack of the Intuvia display is
weak.
The light is broken.
The electrical drive unit has entered the error 503
mode. The message 'error 503' appears on the screen
of your display.
Chain tension might be too low.

Incorrect chain tension can cause increased
wear on other drive train components. Always
contact your Urban Arrow dealer in case of
chain wear or when the chain tension is too
tight.

Solution
1. Insert the e-bike battery in the e-bike (see
paragraph 5.6.2).
2. Put the display in the display holder (see
paragraph 5.6.1).
3. Switch the e-bike battery on (see paragraph 5.6.3).
The internal battery of the Intuvia display will be
charged.
Contact your Urban Arrow dealer.
Check your speed sensor (see paragraph 8.2.1).
Contact your Urban Arrow dealer to have the chain
tension adjusted.
