Cutting/Separating operation

Before starting the cutting process, make sure, that the material (paver stone) is sufficiently clamped
between the foot plate (4) and the support surface (5), when the operator steps on the foot plate (4)!
When cutting materials (e.g. paver stones), a strong dust pollution occurs- therefore the use of respiratory
protection is strongly recommended.
Generally the use of cutters/angle grinders with possibility of wet grinding is recommended.
Alternatively, when working with conventional cutters/angle grinders, additionally flush with a water
stream to avoid dust pollution.
Put the material, which has to be cutted, between the foot plate (4) and support surface (5). To clamp the
material and to process it, the operator step his foot on the foot plate (4).
When the operator puts his foot away from the foot plate (4), the processed material can be removed.
5 Maintenance and care
5.1

Maintenance

To ensure the correct function, safety and service life of the device the following points must be executed in
the maintenance interval.
Used only original spare parts, otherwise the warranty expires.
All operations may only be made in unpressurised, electro less and closed state of the device!
