Equipment handling

Before starting work, always check that the battery is fully charged and that there is sufficient hydraulic oil
in the oil reservoir (→ see chapter "Before starting").
To prevent the implement from rolling away unintentionally, apply the parking brake of the front wheel. In
addition, work is only permitted on level and horizontal ground!

Using the hand crank
upwards as far as necessary until the split
material fits between the blades (see scale for
stone height (in cm/inch)).
Place the split material (stone) centrally on the
support table of the unit and, if necessary, align
it accordingly using the scale (45° angle or
ca. 5 mm
measurements in cm and inches) on the support
table. 
Using the hand crank
down so far that there is still a gap of approx. 5
mm between the upper blade and the material
to be split (stone).

Split material (stone) must
always be positioned and split in
the CENTRE OF THE unit!
Off-centre splitting will damage
the unit.

