Austausch Positionierbuchse und
WT 2-Rahmenmodul
Kundenseitig kann nur der WT
2-Rahmen demontiert und ausgetauscht
werden.
Demontage:
1
Vier Positionierbuchsen von oben
nach unten herausdrücken.
Hinweis:
Die Demontage der Positionierbuchsen
muss sehr sorgfältig durchgeführt
werden, da bei Beschädigungen
der Bohrungen im Alu-Rahmen die
Positioniergenauigkeit nicht mehr
gewährleistet ist!
Empfehlung:
Die Demontage vorzugsweise mit Hilfe
einer Handhebelpresse und einem
Demontagedorn durchführen!

Vier Bolzen mit
Innensechskantschlüssel SW 6
entfernen.

Bei WT-Größen mit
Rahmenmodulverlängerungen,
jeweils einen oder mehrere
Gewindestifte M8x28 DIN 913
entfernen.

Durch leichte Schläge mit einem
Schonhammer Rahmenmodule nach
einer Seite aus dem Alu-Rahmen-
Profi l entfernen.

Alu-Rahmen aus den restlichen
Rahmenmodulen entnehmen.
Replacement of position bushing and
WT-2 frame module
Only the WT-2 frames can be dismantled
and replaced by the customer.
Dismantling:
1 Press four position bushings down
and out from above.
Note:
The dismantling of the position bushings
must be carried out very carefully as, in
the case of damage to the bores in the
aluminium frames, position accuracy can
no longer be guaranteed!
Recommendation:
Dismantling should preferably be carried
out with the aid of a lever gun and a
dismantling mandrel!

Remove 4 bolts with the SW 6 Allen
key.

In the case of WT sizes with frame
module extensions, always remove
one of more headless setscrews
M8x28 DIN 913.

Remove the frame modules to
one side from the aluminium frame
profi le by light blows with
a plastic hammer.

Remove the aluminium frames from
the remaining frame modules.

更换定位导套和 WT 2 框架模块
客户方只允许拆卸和更换 WT 2 框架。
拆卸：
从上往下将四个定位导套顶出。

说明：
定位导套的拆卸工作必须小心地进行，
因为在铝框架中的孔受损的情况下，将
无法保证定位精度！
推荐：
首选使用手动杠杆压力机和拆卸芯棒进
行拆卸！
用内六角扳手 SW6 拆下四个销。

在带框架模块扩展的 WT 规格中，

拆下各具体的一个或多个紧定螺钉
M8x28 DIN 913。
用一把塑料锤向一侧轻击框架模

块，将其从铝框架型材中取出。
将铝框架从剩余的框架模块中取

出。
