Der Verteiler V2-M8-4-2xM8-3 dient dazu, den 4-poligen
Anschluss stecker des Sensors MMS-P 22-S-M8-PNP auf zwei
handelsübliche M8 Stecker mit je 3 Polen umzusetzen.
Der MMSK-P 22-S-PNP bietet 2 Meter Kabel mit offenen Litzen
und lässt sich dadurch über Klemmkontakte anschließen.
ACHTUNG!
Bei Verwendung von Adapterplatten aus ferromagne-
tischem Material (z. B. gewöhnlicher Baustahl) muss
der Greifer zuerst auf der Adapterplatte montiert
werden, e v o r die Positionen der Magnet schalter
eingestellt werden. Dies ist notwendig, da die
Verwen dung von magnetisierbarem Material die
Schalt positionen des Sensors verändert.

Positionieren des Magnetschalters MMS-P

(siehe Abbildungen auf Seite 35)
Den Magnetschalter (Pos. 10) in die Nut drehen oder schieben,
bis dieser am Anschlag (Pos. 11) anliegt.
Sollte kein Klemmanschlag vorhanden sein, den Magnetschalter
gemäß dem Maß l (Unterkante Greifer bis Stirnseite Sensor)

The V2-M8-4-2xM8-3 distributor is used to convert the 4-pin con-
nector plug of the MMS-P 22-S-M8-PNP sensor to two standard
M8 plugs with 3 pins each.
The MMSK-P 22-S-PNP features a 2-meter cable with open
strands so that it can be connected by means of terminal
contacts.
CAUTION!
When adapter plates made of ferro-magnetic mate rial
(e.g. standard construction steel) are used, the
gripper must first be mounted on the adapter plate
e f o r e setting the positions of the magnetic
switches. This is necessary because the use of a
magnetizable material would change the switching
position of the sensor.

it bears against the stop (item 11).
