Charging the battery

Completely charge the battery for
the first time. Charging the bat-
tery usually takes 4-5 hours.

1. Set up the charging sta-
tion (12) as described in the
Section "Setting up the charg-
ing station" on page EN-15.
2. Put the appliance on the
charging station (12).
Make sure that the charging
contacts (8) on the bottom
of the appliance can make
contact with the charging con-
tacts (13) of the charging sta-
tion (12).
The display
panel (4) will begin to pulse.
If the display
panel (4) is no longer pulsing
but illuminated, the appliance
battery is charged.

Setting up the remote
control
1. Open the battery cover on the
back of the remote control and
insert two AAA/LR6 (1.5 V)
batteries in the battery com-
partment.
Make sure the battery termi-
nals are orientated correctly.
The batteries do not come
supplied with the appliance.
2. Close the battery compart-
ment.
